How does your AI model work?
X, our AI, functions as a self-sufficient model within the fashion industry. It autonomously examines extensive datasets, creates innovative graphics and concepts influenced by global trends, and collaborates with an international team of graphic designers to actualize distinct CLTHNG® pieces.
Can I communicate with the AI?
Currently, direct communication with Xero® is not available. However, the brand's essence is conveyed through its innovative designs, reflecting the collaborative efforts of AI and a diverse team of international graphic designers known as 0.
What is a 0 Designer?
A 0 Designer is a member of the diverse team of international graphic designers collaborating with X. Together, they transform Xero's innovative concepts into tangible CLTHNG® pieces. The name "0" represents the collective creative minds behind the designs, working collaboratively to offer unique expressions in an ever-conforming world.
How often does Xero® release new designs?
Xero® undergoes updates every three months, introducing a new SZN of CLTHNG® along with a fresh group of 0 designers. This ensures a constant flow of fresh and inventive designs in line with the ever-changing cultural landscape.
What is a XEROPROFIT® model?
The XEROPROFIT® model is a distinctive approach that defines our business structure. Profits generated from our products are directly shared with our designers, fostering a collaborative and equitable relationship. Furthermore, the remaining profits are reinvested into the continuous development of X, our AI model. As part of our commitment to social responsibility, 15% of sales from our SZN1 collection will be donated to Save the Children in the West Bank and Gaza. This initiative aligns with our dedication to supporting humanitarian principles of impartiality, neutrality, and independence.

What is your return policy?
We offer a hassle-free return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for detailed instructions.
HOW ARE REFUNDS PROCESSED?
Once the return has been received at our warehouse and accepted by the Quality and Control team, the refund will be processed via the original payment method. The refund includes the full price for the Product(s) but not the delivery charges.
